2-Terminal 125A Fixture

The 1015 Conventional Body 2-Terminal High Current Fixture is used to connect a Wayne Kerr Analyzer (3255B or 3260B) and DC Bias Unit (3265B) system to a conventional body Device Under Test and pass up to 125 A DC bias current.

Component Fixture

The 1011 DIP Test Fixture is designed to support frequencies up to 120MHz, catering specifically to the WK4100, 4300 Series, 6500B Series, and 6500P Series. Its frequency limit is contingent on the instrument used.

4 Terminal component fixture

Remote test fixture for axial, radial or bandoliered components. Complete with cable terminating in four BNC connectors

Bias Fixture Adaptor

The 1037 Adaptor provides SMA interface connectivity from a 6565 to a remote test head, such as a SMD taping machine

SMD 2/4 Terminal Bottom Contact Adaptor

The 1032 fixture is designed for 2-terminal measurements suitable for medium and high impedance devices, while the 10324 fixture offers 4-terminal measurements, ideal for low impedance devices.

SMD 2 Terminal Bottom Contact Adaptor

The 1031 adaptor is used with 1026, 1027 or 1028 fixtures to allow 2-terminal connections to bottom contact surface mount devices for testing up to 80A.

4 Terminal SMD Fixture

The 10264, 10274, and 10284 fixtures are designed for use with 6565 dc bias units to facilitate 4-terminal connections with bottom contact surface mount devices, allowing for testing capacities of up to 20A, 40A, and 80A, respectively.

Converter 4 to (1/2) BNC

The 1001 and 1002 BNC Converters enable the WK 6500 analyzer to connect to devices with either a single BNC connector or two BNC connectors.

SMD (2/4) Terminal Fixture

The 1012 and 1024 SMD Fixtures enable 2-terminal, and the 1014 facilitates 4-terminal measurements for connecting Wayne Kerr analyzers to surface mount devices.

Liquid Fixture

The 1022 Liquid Fixture measures the dielectric constant and impedance of liquids accurately. It requires a Wayne Kerr 6500 analyzer and a separately available 1J1002 4-2 BNC Converter for operation.

Dielectric Material Fixture

The 1020 Fixture, compatible with the 6500 series and /K Materials Test firmware, automatically calculates the permittivity of materials. It supports both Contacting and Non-contacting Electrode Methods up to 30 MHz.

2 Terminal Conventional Fixture

The 1026, 1027, and 1028 fixtures, compatible with 6565 dc bias units, support conventional DIL device testing at up to 20A, 40A, and 80A, respectively. This range provides versatile testing options for electronic component analysis.
