1J1009 High Current Fixture The 1009 High Current Fixture enables a DC bias current of up to 50 A to be applied to an SMD inductor during component test. The fixture has been designed to work specifically with one or two 3265B/25A DC Bias Units and a 3260B or 3255B Inductance Analyzer. If the 1009 is to be used with two 32 3265B/25As then the high current lead set 5-328-2005 is also required Interchangeable component test carriers ensures that the 1009 test fixture may be used with a wide variety of different devices. Blank carriers are available which enable device specific test fixtures to be developed or alternatively a carrier design and manufacturing service is available.
